Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $32.00/hr.
Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods of time and readiness to help with customer questions and needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Process returns, refunds, and financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and train front end staff to maintain performance standards.
• Handle cash and high-value transactions with accuracy.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks.
• Understanding of cash handling and inventory procedures.
