Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Cibolo, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and delivering tailored packaging solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, creating proposals, negotiating sales contracts, and collaborating with internal teams (engineering, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Knowledge of the packaging and/or the automotive industry is an advantage
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into effective solutions for clients
• Proficiency in CRM software, Sales Tracking Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings
• Prior experience in a similar sales or account management role is a plus
