Job OverviewWe’re looking for a standout performer who can lead by example. This role involves leading direct sales efforts in your designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses, and promoting top-notch supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees.
Responsibilities- Actively participate in sales activities while balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members.
- Drive successful outreach and make a difference through personalized interactions and occasional product presentations to large groups.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and sales staff.
- Leadership skills.
- Strategic planning.
- Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.

- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle – 3 business days), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
