Base pay range: $88,000.00 – $ per year.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a standout performer who can lead by example. This role involves leading direct sales efforts in your designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses, and promoting top-notch supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in sales activities while balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members.
  • Drive successful outreach and make a difference through personalized interactions and occasional product presentations to large groups.

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
