Cost Accounting Senior Staff Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO ()
Product- and line-level cost accounting (standard costing setup, actual vs. variance analysis).
Allocation of material, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs; visualization of cost structure.
Monthly closing tasks including cost consolidation, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Promotion of cost reduction initiatives (cost improvement proposals, KPI monitoring).
Collaboration with production and procurement teams to enhance cost data accuracy and integrity.
Support for audits and head office reporting.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting or accounting within an automotive parts manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Hands-on experience in cost-related activities as part of monthly financial closing.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel (e.g., functions, Pivot Tables).
- Having experience as a Supervisor or Leader is an advantage.
