Costing Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum 1-3 years experience in costing, financial analysis, or manufacturing accounting

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, analysis tools)

Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Analyze and calculate product manufacturing costs, including raw materials, and overhead expenses

Prepare and maintain accurate costing reports and pricing analysis

Monitor cost variances and identify areas for cost optimization

Collaborate with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation

Provide recommendations to improve cost control and profitability
