Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Credit and Collection Specialist for our Indonesia business. You will manage the accounts receivable lifecycle, ensure timely revenue recovery, and protect cash flow by resolving disputes and minimizing bad debt, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will work with cross-functional teams, use Excel and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English to support the market.
