Accounting and Finance Supervisor Manufacture WFO

This position is expected to grow into a future managerial role. The role encompasses cost accounting, production control, inventory management, financial reporting, and taxation responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.

Perform cost accounting including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis

Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Bill of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and production overhead allocation

Conduct variance analysis (material variance, labor variance, overhead variance)

Set standard costs and conduct periodic costing reviews and updates

Manage inventory control for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

Perform periodic and annual stock opname (physical stock count) and inventory reconciliation

Conduct slow-moving and obsolete stock analysis

Lead monthly and annual closing processes in a timely manner

Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)

Manage and support internal and external audit processes

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting or cost accounting in a manufacturing company

At least 2–3 years as a Senior Accountant or leader in a manufacturing company

Strong understanding of applicable accounting standards (PSAK & IFRS)

Practical knowledge of monthly closing, GL management, and financial reporting

Basic knowledge of tax (corporate tax, VAT) and compliance

Strong knowledge of cost accounting (standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis)

Strong knowledge of inventory control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)

Understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO / Moving Average)

Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT and Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 29)

Experience in fiscal reconciliation and monthly/annual tax reporting
