Manage product costing, standard cost, and cost variance analysis
Monitor inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliation, and cost control
Prepare cost, inventory, and variance reports for management review
Manage fixed asset records, depreciation, and asset reconciliaion
Support monthly & annual closing and accounting related audits
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of costing, inventory, and fixed asset data
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years experiences in accounting, handling Cost Accounting, Inventory, Fixed Asset, or related roles. Preferably within Manufacturing Company
Basic understanding of costing, inventory, fixed assets, and accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experienced with ERP/SAP
Analytical, detail oriented, and good communication skills
English and Japanese proficiency is an advantage
