Jobs Description
- Ensure accurate monthly accounting cycles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger, in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage daily operational cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable controls, and banking activities.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax summaries and reports, including Income Tax and Value Added Tax.
- Manage tax administration using Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
- Identify and mitigate potential tax audit risks while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support improvements to accounting and tax processes.
Jobs Requirements
- Education:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance. - Language:
English proficiency is not required. - Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation within a manufacturing company. - Experience managing Coretax, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
- Proficiency in using Accurate accounting software.
- THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
- Annual bonus
- Transportation allowance provided in cash; no shuttle bus is available
