Procurement Manager Manufacture WFO

Responsibilities

Develop short-term and long-term procurement strategies according to production and operational needs.

Analyze requirements for raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect materials based on forecasts and historical data.

Develop continuous cost optimization and cost-saving initiatives.

Source, assess, and select suppliers that meet quality, price, capacity, and delivery accuracy criteria.

Manage long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.

Manage tender/bidding processes transparently and in accordance with company SOPs.

Conduct market price analysis, cost breakdown, and expenditure evaluation for strategic decision‑making.

Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

Provide regular reports to management regarding supplier performance, expenditures, and cost‑saving achievements.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Export & Import processes.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in procurement at the Manager level, handling raw materials, packaging, or indirect materials, especially in the FMCG industry.
• Understand end‑to‑end procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
• Proficient in supply chain management, demand forecasting, and purchase planning.
• Strong understanding of raw materials, packaging materials, and FMCG production components.
• Able to operate the SAP system.
• Understand and able to apply price analysis, cost breakdown, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Understand regulations, compliance policies, and procurement procedures.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (Business Level).
• Based in Cikarang.
