Jobs Description

• Create a guest-friendly atmosphere in the lobby and ensure the efficient handling of all guest needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and proactively anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational matters, business flow, and associate performance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their concerns have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.

Jobs Requirements

• Minimal Diploma 2 preferable from Hotel and Tourism education
• Any hospitality experience will be preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, with JLPT N2 certification or above (certificate required)
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proficient in relevant software (Office Application, Word, Excel)
• Customer oriented with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to effectively manage multiple tasks at all times
