Field Services Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to support the commissioning, testing, and delivery of low-voltage and power automation systems for data center and industrial projects. This role is ideal for candidates with electrical engineering knowledge and hands‑on site experience in power systems, automation, or electrical secondary systems.

Work Location:

Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia

Salary Range: IDR 6M-12M

Work Hours:

Mon to Fri 8:30am-17:45pm (2 hours lunch break)

• Support on‑site commissioning and delivery of low‑voltage systems for data center projects
• Perform system installation verification, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to customers, including deployment assistance, maintenance support, training, and consultation
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve product reliability and system performance
• Read and interpret electrical secondary schematics and terminal diagrams
• Assist in resolving on‑site technical and operational issues Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems, or related disciplines
  • 1–3 years of experience in power automation, electrical secondary systems, or site delivery/commissioning works
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with experience in data centres, substations, or factory power distribution projects will have an advantage
  • Familiar with electrical secondary schematics, terminal drawings, relay protection basics, and communication protocols
  • Good troubleshooting and hands‑on technical skills
  • Fluent in English (working language) to communicate seamlessly with direct reports in China, and liaise and interact with English speaking clients and customers.
