SUIT & Process Engineer – Moulded & Extruded Bites Technology

Job Purpose

The SUIT & Process Engineer – Moulded & Extruded Bites Technology is responsible for process capability, technical standards, innovation implementation, loss elimination, and continuous improvement to deliver safe, reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective operations while supporting the factory's journey toward zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses.

• Own the technical performance of Moulded & Extruded Bites Technology
• Lead implementation of new products, recipe changes, packaging changes, process innovations, and technology upgrades from factory trial through stabilization and handover
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate chronic losses using ICMS methodologies, root cause analysis, and data‑driven problem solving
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve process standards, machine cent relines, operating parameters, and technical documentation to ensure stable and repeatable performance
• Lead focused improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, optimize changeovers, enhance reliability, and deliver productivity savings
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and change management requirements including MOC, risk assessments, and qualification processes
• Develop technical capability of operators, technicians, and line leaders through coaching, training, and establishment of robust standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• Experience in process optimization, loss elimination, and productivity improvement within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting or leading new product introductions (NPD), process validation, factory trials, and technology implementation projects
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams involving Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain
• Experience managing technical projects, process changes, and equipment or technology upgrades is preferred
• Ice Cream manufacturing experience, particularly in Moulded & Extruded technology, is an advantage

• A hands‑on manufacturing engineer who can own both innovation delivery and process performance for the Moulded & Extruded area
• Translates new technologies and product innovations into stable, efficient, and cost‑effective manufacturing operations while delivering improvements in safety, quality, OEE, waste, reliability, and cost

• Delivers NPDs and technology projects right the first time
• Improves OEE, reliability, and throughput
• Reduces waste, losses, and manufacturing cost
• Establishes robust technical standards and process control
• Develops line capability and problem‑solving culture
• Ensures safe, quality‑compliant, and sustainable operations
