Our client is a Automotive (parts) company
. Currently, they are looking for Electrical Engineer.
Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production-line equipment, machinery, and automation systems to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Diagnose and analyze electrical and automation-related issues affecting production equipment and machinery.
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production programs and control systems.
Conduct electrical wiring and control panel assembly in accordance with electrical schematics and safety standards.
Provide support for PLC systems, including basic programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Support equipment commissioning, testing, and start-up activities for new or modified production equipment.
Identify opportunities and support initiatives for automation and production-line improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure equipment is maintained according to established procedures.
Prepare maintenance records and report equipment issues and corrective actions to the supervisor.
Ensure all electrical and maintenance activities are performed in compliance with company safety procedures and applicable standards.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related major.
Conversational English proficiency.
At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer working with PLC systems in Japanese manufacturing companies.
Good understanding of basic electrical fundamentals and principles, as well as PLC and control systems.
Familiar with the basic operation and use of electrical measuring instruments, such as multimeters and clamp meters.
Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, with knowledge of electrical wiring, panel assembly, and industrial automation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight schedules and production deadlines.
