Our client is a Manufacture Company
. Currently, they are looking for Mechanical Design Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Mechanical Design Engineering team.

Manage product design and development projects from concept to mass production.

Assign and supervise design tasks to ensure project completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the development process.

Ensure designs comply with quality standards and QMS requirements.

Support technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

High-conversational level of English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design Engineering.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of product design and development processes.

Familiar with 3D CAD software and engineering drawings.

Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Preferable Skill /

Experience:

Experience with major home appliance manufacturers (Samsung, LG, etc.).

Knowledge of strength, thermal, and fluid analysis.
