Service Engineer

Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment at customer sites.

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates reliably.

Provide technical support and solutions to customers for equipment-related issues.

Conduct site visits and respond to service requests in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.

Coordinate with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and principals regarding technical matters.

Provide training and technical guidance to customers when required.

Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or in a similar technical role.

Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Able to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and documentation.

Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation systems.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Candidates must be confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and international principals in English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willing to travel to customer sites and work outside the office when required.

Strong problem-solving skills, responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.

Having a valid driving license is an advantage
