* Required:

*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills with a solid foundation in mathematics and logical reasoning.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
* Strong learning agility and adaptability in dynamic and complex environments.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).
* Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
** Preferred:
*** Knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools such as Time Motion Study, Machine Chart, Capacity Analysis, and OEE.
* Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
* Experience through internships, academic projects, or organizational activities involving process improvement or data analysis.
* Familiarity with Power BI, statistical analysis, or other digital improvement tools.
