Jobs Description

• Oversee financial management activities, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage revenue accounting, accounts payable, general accounting, banking transactions, and management information systems.
• Lead a team of 3–4 members and establish effective processes, systems, and best practices for the accounting function.
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
• Manage monthly Value-Added Tax returns and payments, withholding tax, and annual Corporate Income Tax returns.
• Handle import documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Implement best practices to strengthen financial processes and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required financial data and clarifications.
• Manage working capital, vendor-related accounting, purchasing transactions, and banking activities.

Jobs Requirements

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within machinery, heavy equipment, or capital equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including Value-Added Tax, withholding tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, working capital management, and monthly management reporting.
• Experience handling import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with external auditors.
• Experience managing banking relationships.
• Experience in statutory reporting and direct and indirect taxation.
