We are seeking a highly professional, adaptable, and service-oriented Temporary Japanese Translator to provide full administrative and communication support during a maternity leave replacement period. The successful candidate must possess excellent Japanese communication skills and be capable of providing accurate interpretation and translation between Japanese and Indonesian.
Main ResponsibilitiesProvide Japanese–Indonesian translation and interpretation for meetings, discussions, documents, and daily business communication.
Support Japanese management and Indonesian employees/departments in communication, coordination, follow-up, and daily business activities.
Translate documents, emails, reports, and presentations between Japanese Indonesian
Maintain confidentiality of of sensitive company and management information.
Handle process work and stay permit for expatriates (if any).
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree (S1) in Japanese Language.
JLPT N2 or above, with strong written and spoken Japanese proficiency.
Able to perform consecutive interpretation naturally.
Able to translate documents accurately without changing the intended meaning.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as Japanese translator.
Experience supporting Japanese expatriates or Japanese management is highly preferred.
Experience in manufacturing companies will be an advantage.
Contract InformationContract Duration: 3–4 Months (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (following company working hours)
