• Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage the entire export-import process, from shipping to goods receipt.
• Prepare and review the completeness of export-import documents.
• Coordinate with forwarders on shipping documentation and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Prepare reports on procurement or export-import activities and performance.
• Continuously improve procurement or export-import processes and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of Export-Import procedures & Indonesia Custom Regulations is a plus.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solver, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2 - Cikarang, West Java.
