Manage end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure finished goods availability continuity to meet optimized finished goods stock level by robust and discipline inventory planning, detailed constraint production planning / detailed constraint outsourcing planning, and just-in-time material planning. The role is also responsible for material warehouse operation management to ensure smooth flow of goods feeding the production line and any other related tasks as assigned by the company.

The role is also responsible for material warehouse operation management to ensure smooth flow of goods feeding the production line and any other related tasks as assigned by the company.
ResponsibilitiesInventory & Production Planning:
- Manage end-to-end finished goods inventory planning on locally produced and externally sourced items to meet overall stock level policy.
- Managed feasible (constraint) Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with latest demand figure and capacity availability.
- Managed feasible (constraint) Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) aligned with material and production capacity availability.
- Balance production priorities, inventory targets, and customer service requirements.
- Assess short to mid-term production capacity, labor, equipment, and other operational resources against demand requirements. Identify capacity constraints and develop solutions to address potential gaps.
- Monitor production plan execution and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand or operational constraints.
- Collaborate with other supply chain functions: manufacturing teams, procurement, agro planning team to improve schedule adherence and production performance
- Overseeing the end-to-end material planning process.
- Minimize material shortages risk by contingency planning / alternate sourcing principles.
- Manage material availability and inbound planning based on material requirement forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize material inventory levels to balance production requirement and working capital optimization.
- Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to manage material supply risks and resolve shortages.
- Overseeing daily material warehouse logistics operation (raw and packaging material)
- Collaborate with warehouse manager to ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control processes and regular cycle counts
- Plan for material warehouse capacity expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering.
- Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) are an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Having experience in managing warehouse operations is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, or other production-driven industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing material availability, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
- Experience working in a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environment is a plus.
