Head of Planning, Warehousing & Logistics

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.

Strong experience managing Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, and Logistics functions.

Strong experience in 3PL management, service level improvement, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.

Demonstrated experience in leading Supply Chain transformation, process improvement, digitalization, or automation initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, distribution, or other multi-site operations is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Supply Chain systems.

Willing to travel to warehouses and operational sites as required.

Job Description s :

Lead end-to-end demand & supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics strategy and execution

Develop and manage S&OP / demand-supply planning processes to ensure product availability and healthy inventory levels

Manage and optimize the logistics network and distribution performance across Java and Outer Islands.

Lead 3PL and transportation partner management, including service level, performance, cost, and corrective actions.

Identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks to ensure business continuity and service reliability.

Drive cost efficiency, productivity improvement, process optimization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.

Build team capability, develop future leaders, and establish clear accountability across Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Commissary, Finance, Marketing, and senior leadership to align Supply Chain priorities with business needs.
