Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes
Checking and review shipping, PIB, PEB, and customs documents
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements
Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and logistics costs
Support internal departments with trade compliance and shipment-related matters
Prepare periodic import/export activity reports, monitor logistics expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support customs audits and regulatory inspections
Coordination with surveyor for cargo need overseas inspection
Receive, check, review and submit forwarder invoice to Finance
Other duties as assigned

Job RequirementsHigh Conversational English proficiency
2 years of experience as EXIM Staff handling Logistic & Custom Clearance from Japanese Trading or Logistic company
Experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities
Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and import/export procedures
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible with strong coordination and communication skills
PPJK certification holder is preferable
