Inventory Planning & Warehouse Control

Inventory Planning & Warehouse Control Staff role based at Cikarang Factory, reporting to the Supply Chain Lead with direct coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator. This position is responsible for demand planning, inventory management, warehouse operations oversight, and cost tracking across supply chain functions.

• Develop and execute demand planning and raw material order planning based on sales forecast, project requirements, and historical consumption.
• Develop and maintain Inventory Dashboard Reports to monitor stock levels, material usage, and inventory performance.
• Conduct regular stock take (physical inventory counting) and prepare reconciliation and variance reports.
• Oversee warehouse management operations and collaborate with PIC Warehouse, inbound and outbound operational processes, including storage methods and mechanisms, to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, purchasing, logistics, production, and sales teams.
• Monitor and check stock on hand for each project, ensuring stock availability aligns with project timelines and requirements.
• Develop and maintain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) including raw material, production, and overhead components.
• Prepare and monitor project costing overview, including budgeting, cost tracking, and costing analysis.
• Record and monitor material usage per project, including supporting materials, ensuring accurate allocation in the ERP system.
• Ensure item code alignment between Purchase Orders (PO) and Job Costing modules, verifying consistency and accuracy across all transactions.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related fields.
• Up to 5 years of experience.
• ERP Inventory knowledge.
• Willing to work on-site at the warehouse, not just office-based.
• Located within/near the work location or willing to relocate.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills (warehouse, purchasing, production, sales).
