Supervising sales teams to direct their operations and supporting them through the process of target realization
Conduct analysis and survey of sales territories to make an adjustment where necessary, assigning sales territories and quota to sales team.
Develop and implement standards operation procedure to increase productivity, customer-service and quality of service.
Prepare and submit annual budgets on their area to company executives for approval
Responsible for achievement of company core product budget on sales team that had been set
Monitoring performance of sales team on their area and providing coaching to address employee inability.
Motivate and support sales team to achieve set goals.
Build and maintain good working relationship with clients to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
Present periodic reports on sales operations
Analyze and interpret sales records and customer accounts to fill in the gap of risk management for outstanding payment.
Qualifications- Have experience in managing sales team at least 3 years, and experience in sales area for at least 5 years
- Minimum bachelor degree in any field
- Have experience in industrial fields, especially in packaging industry will be an advantages
- Ability to communicate well with customer, have good customer relations
- Market sensitive
