. Currently, they are looking for Leader Assembly Process Production.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the assembly process to ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.

Manage line balancing and takt time to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency.

Develop, analyze, and regularly update production capacity simulations to support planning and decision-making.

Identify, analyze, and resolve quality and productivity issues through structured problem-solving approaches.

Control and monitor 4M changes (Man, Method, Machine, and Material) to ensure stable and consistent production conditions.

Oversee trial runs and ramp-up activities for new production lines or new product models.

Participate in meetings with customers when required to support production or quality discussions.

Ensure proper control and maintenance of jigs, tools, equipment, and production-related computer systems.

Monitor the availability of parts and consumables to prevent production disruptions.

Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives focused on enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Act as a team leader by supervising, guiding, and supporting production team members on the shop floor.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related major.

Conversational English.

Have 2 years of experience as leader production especially in assembly line in Japanese manufacture.

Solid understanding and practical application of Toyota Production System (TPS), 5S/3T, 3M, and Kaizen methodologies.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to improve productivity and resolve quality-related issues.

Good analytical and technical skills to support data-driven improvement initiatives.
