Manufacturing Production, Production Manager, Production Associate / Production Line, Manufacturing Engineer
As a Production, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production activities. From operating production machines to maintaining product quality and equipment performance, you will support daily production targets while complying with safety and quality standards. This position is suitable for individuals who are disciplined, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Your Responsibilities- Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Perform product quality inspections to ensure output meets established quality standards
- Clean and maintain production areas and equipment before and after use
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth production processes
- Conduct basic inspection and maintenance of machines/equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Prepare production activity reports, including raw material usage and production time
- Report production results and daily activities regularly to the direct supervisor
- Minimum education:
Senior High School / Vocational School (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage
- Able to operate production machines and industrial equipment
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Physically and mentally fit, not color blind
- Honest, proactive, disciplined, and highly motivated to learn
