Our client is a Food Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Production Supervisor.

• Supervise, monitor, and provide direction to production employees to ensure efficient and safe daily operations.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production personnel in accordance with production plans and operational priorities.
• Organize and manage workflow by preparing work schedules, shift arrangements, and manpower allocation.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and clearly communicate targets and expectations to employees.
• Monitor production output to ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Compile, analyze, and report production data and records, including output, downtime, manpower utilization, and productivity.
• Ensure all production equipment, machines, and tools are functioning properly and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Identify production issues, inefficiencies, or deviations and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth production flow.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.
• Conversational level of English.
• Have 2 years of experience as production supervisor in Japanese Food Manufacture and experience in the procedure of HACCP, GMP and Halal.
• Proven experience in supervising production teams, achieving production targets and understanding production process, workflow and manpower management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle shift-based operations if required.
