Sales – Plastic Bottle Packaging

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the packaging manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of packaging technologies such as blow molding, injection molding, and PET blow molding.
• Experience handling custom packaging requests.
• Well-established and relevant professional network.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to conduct market research effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be Placed in Cikarang, West Java.

• Develop new markets to increase company revenue.
• Conduct regular visits to customers.
• Analyze customer needs in detail and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare systematic reports on revenue achievements from new markets.
• Provide customers with complete and accurate product information.
• Negotiate and reach agreements with customers regarding commercial terms.
• Analyze production timelines and lead times to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Actively coordinate with other relevant departments.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
