Operation Sub Dept Head

Job Description

• Lead and drive end-to-end production and operational performance to achieve targets in output, quality, cost, and on‑time delivery
• Act as a key integrator between Production and Supply Chain (PPIC & Warehouse) to ensure seamless coordination and minimize operational disruptions
• Collaborate closely with PPIC and Warehouse to ensure material availability aligns with production plans
• Plan, control, and optimize production schedules based on demand forecasting and resource availability
• Monitor and drive key operational KPIs (efficiency, downtime, reject rate, cost, service level) and implement corrective actions
• Lead manpower planning, team performance management, and shift operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and SCM functions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Prepare and present operational performance reports and improvement initiatives to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role overseeing production and/or supply chain functions
• Experience in printing or packaging industry is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production and supply chain processes (PPIC, Warehouse, Logistics)
• Proven leadership in managing cross‑functional operational teams
• Strong analytical thinking with data‑driven decision‑making capability
• Hands‑on experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, waste reduction)
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and efficiency gains
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
