Indofood membutuhkan pemimpin lini produksi untuk mengawasi proses produksi agar berjalan sesuai target dan standar kualitas. Tugas utama meliputi pembagian kerja operator, pemantauan hasil produksi harian, serta kepatuhan GMP, 5S, keselamatan kerja, dan peraturan perusahaan.
Kandidat berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi serupa; diutamakan pengalaman di industri diapers sebagai Line Leader. Posisi ini membutuhkan kemampuan koordinasi lintas departemen dan evaluasi kinerja operator.
