Production Staff - Medical Device Manufacturing Industry

Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Perform product assembly processes based on technical drawings and work instructions.

Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and applicable quality standards.

Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet defined specifications.

Complete and maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards within the production and cleanroom areas.

Report any deviations, non-conformities, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering,
Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.

Good documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work in shifts if required.

Fit and able to work in a controlled/cleanroom environment.

Non-smoker (mandatory requirement).
