• Parts Production Staff
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to respond to requests or instructions quickly and accurately.
• Able to communicate and understand information in English (active).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
• Monitor and analyze issues occurring in the production line.
• Collect, process, and present data related to product quality and production processes.
• Create, develop, and update production standards and Work Instructions.
• Support production activities, delivery, material arrangement, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
