- Parts Production Staff
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to respond to requests or instructions quickly and accurately.
- Able to communicate and understand information in English (active).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- Monitor and analyze issues occurring in the production line.
- Collect, process, and present data related to product quality and production processes.
- Create, develop, and update production standards and Work Instructions.
- Support production activities, delivery, material arrangement, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
