Jobs Description- Provide clear direction to team members and develop their technical and professional capabilities.
- Establish annual departmental targets, action plans, and performance indicators.
- Monitor and control daily maintenance operations to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
- Analyze mold- and die-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree. - Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance, molds, or dies within the manufacturing industry. - Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Daily lunch provided through catering.
- THR (Lebaran Allowance) in accordance with government regulations.
