Junior Marketing Support

PT AIPAK TECH INDONESIA is looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Marketing & Operations Support to join our on-site team at Jababeka Industrial Estate. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily local operations, bridging the gap between administrative execution and basic digital marketing support.

You don't need to be a master copywriter or a digital expert. We are looking for an agile learner who is comfortable using AI tools, handling day-to-day office routines, and communicating effectively with our international management team.

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily office administration, process operational documents, and ensure our B2B showroom is always ready for client visits.
• Digital & Web Support: Assist in maintaining our company website and social media channels by updating product photos and basic text using provided guidelines.
• AI-Driven Content Execution: Utilize AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) to draft, refine, and translate basic B2B emails, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Internal Coordination: Serve as a reliable local point of contact. Report directly to and receive daily instructions from our English-speaking management team.

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Admin, General Affairs, or Marketing Support.
• Conversational English is a MUST: You must be able to listen, understand, and verbally communicate with expat managers for daily task reporting (Spoken & Written).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with basic office software and comfortable using AI tools for daily writing efficiency.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to handle routine administrative tasks.
• Work Location: Kawasan Industri Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi. (Candidates residing in or near Cikarang/Bekasi are prioritized).

  Basic understanding of manufacturing, export-import, or packaging machinery.
