Key responsibilities
Lead formulation development and optimization for new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization
Oversee formulation trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to manufacturing
Collaborate with Analytical Development, Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful product development
Ensure compliance with CPOB/GMP and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle
Lead and develop the Formulation Development team while driving innovation and continuous improvement
About you
Professional Pharmacist (Apoteker)
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development
Strong expertise in formulation development, scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience at Managerial level or +7 years as senior scientist formulator is advantageous
