Report problem points of QA/QC procedure and SOP to Director, Making plan of Improvements and improve problem.

After join, must work at production section as operator in order to understand product.

Responsible for maintaining good relationship with clients as Department Head.

Responsible for handling complaint from client and improve product.

Monitoring and Managing QC/QA staff.

Making plan and repot to management.

Improving QA division SOP and procedure.

Other related job of QA.

• Have experience handle complaint from client as Supervisor or above more than 3 years.
• Have working experience to improve QA/QC section SOP and procedure.
• Have excellent knowledge of TS16949 or Core Tool.
• Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing Company min 3 years.
