Job Description
The role is responsible for supporting quality-related activities, including defect material monitoring, customer complaint handling, supplier performance support, and maintenance of Non‑Conformance and Corrective Action records (NNCAR) for both internal and external issues. The position collaborates closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective issue tracking and resolution, without being the main owner of customer or supplier cases.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and follow up on defective materials to ensure proper identification, segregation, and disposition.
- Support the handling of customer complaints by assisting in data collection, analysis, documentation, and follow‑up actions.
- Support supplier performance activities, including monitoring quality issues and assisting with corrective action follow‑up.
- Maintain and update Non‑Conformance and Corrective Action Records (NNCAR) for internal and external quality issues.
- Assist in preparing reports related to quality issues, defects, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality) to support problem‑solving activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in accordance with company quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and defect reduction.
- Acts as a supporting function for customer complaint handling and supplier performance management.
- Does not act as the primary owner or decision maker for customer or supplier issues.
- Focuses on coordination, documentation, monitoring, and follow‑up activities.
- Active students (D3/D4/S1, max 8th semester)
- Having electrical or mechanical engineering background is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications:
- Excel
- Word
- Power Point
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong coordination and follow‑up capability.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and non‑conformance handling is an advantage.
