QC Analyst Cikarang () Quality & HSE 32-40

QC Analyst Conduct microbiological and rapid testing, along with raw water, utility, and environmental monitoring, in line with FFI product specifications. Ensure timely reporting of any deviations to supervisors, manage product transactions in the SAP system, and maintain routine instrument upkeep to support consistent product quality.

Monitor and control finished goods, raw water, utility and environmental monitoring according to the FFI Product Specification, responsible for all analysis results carried out in the micro laboratory.

Make shiftly reports regarding the analysis results and deviations that occur in the micro data result laboratory and give them to their superiors.

Analyze and control the results of finished goods and be able to perform quick method analysis using instruments.

Ensuring that all analysis results are written in the analysis book, all deviations are well communicated and ensuring all analysis results are inputted in the Local file, ORS, MES, or SAP on time.

Communicate to the relevant department regarding the results of the problematic analysis as soon as possible so that corrective action can be taken and inform the superiors if there are problematic production analysis results at that time.

What We Ask

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Food Science, Agriculture or equivalent.
Min. 1 year of experience in quality control role of manufacturing business.
Required language(s):
English, Bahasa Indonesia.
Willing to be based in Cikarang Office
Willing to undergo 12-months contract of employment.
