Responsible for developing and validating analytical methods to ensure accurate and reliable testing of raw materials and finished products.
Requirements- Minimum D3 in Chemical Analysis or related field.
- Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
- Able to perform physical and chemical analysis.
- Proficient in laboratory instruments operation.
- Experience in R&D (Pharma/FMCG) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Willing to be assigned within manufacturing area.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials and finished products.
- Perform stability testing for materials and products.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis.
- Manage Reference Standards and Working Standards.
- Perform analytical method transfer to QC.
- Document all testing activities in compliance with standards.
- Mentorship from experienced leaders.
- Internal mobility & job rotation.
