Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Production QC/QA, Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Supervise and manage daily Quality Assurance activities to ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved.
Monitor production processes and collaborate closely with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, review, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
Lead internal audits and support customer and external audits.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate improvement actions with related departments.
Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and automotive quality standards.
Train and develop QA team members to improve quality awareness and performance.
Job RequirementsDiploma degree or above, preferably in Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as QA Supervisor or Senior QA in an automotive manufacturing company.
Experience working closely with Production and understanding manufacturing processes.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Able to join immediately or within a short notice period (unemployed candidates are highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
Hands‑on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
Proficient in 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram.
Experience in handling CAPA, NCR, CAR, and customer complaints.
Familiar with internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.
Able to prepare and maintain quality documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, and Quality Reports.
Good understanding of Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S activities.
Experience working in Japanese automotive manufacturing companies.
Background in both Quality Assurance and Production functions.
Experience handling OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive customers.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
