Quality Control Staff - Medical Device Manufacturing Industry

Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections in accordance with approved procedures.

Ensure products meet defined specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct testing and measurement activities using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.

Document inspection results accurately in quality records and reports.

Identify and report non-conformities to the QC Supervisor.

Support investigation of quality issues and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production and warehouse and inspection areas.

Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering,
Chemical Engineering
, Medical Laboratory Technology, or other related fields

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Basic understanding of quality control processes and inspection methods.

Familiar with GMP and knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.

Able to use basic measuring instruments (e.g., caiper, micrometer, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Willing to work in shifts if required.

Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
