Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :- Memimpin operasional Laboratorium QC selama shift untuk memastikan seluruh pengujian memenuhi standar mutu dan mendukung proses produksi.
- Mengelola dan mengawasi kegiatan Laboratorium QC selama shift.
- Memverifikasi hasil analisis serta menangani ketidaksesuaian hasil uji.
- Memastikan kesiapan peralatan, bahan laboratorium, dan kepatuhan terhadap sistem mutu, K3, serta peraturan lingkungan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait, membina personel, dan menyusun laporan shift.
- Dapat meyelesaikan Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Pengujian Raw Material, Sinter Ore, dan Chemical Analysis sesuai kebutuhan proses produksi
- Mengatur tugas personel selama shift.
- Menghentikan penggunaan peralatan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan.
- Menginstruksikan pengujian ulang atau menahan hasil analisis yang tidak valid.
- Mengeskalasikan permasalahan kualitas kepada atasan.
