Kami mencari seorang pemimpin yang visioner, berpengalaman, dan memiliki komitmen tinggi untuk tumbuh bersama perusahaan kami dalam mengisi posisi manajerial sebagai Head of Department Quality Plastic Injection Molding (Cikarang).Placement Cikarang
- Mampu menangani komplain customer dan audit (internal maupun eksternal/customer audit)
- Kemampuan problem solving dan decision making yang kuat
- Kemampuan komunikasi lintas departemen (Produksi, PPIC, Engineering, Customer)
- Berpengalaman menangani sistem manajemen mutu (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, atau ISO 14001)
- Minimal 5-7 tahun pengalaman di bidang Quality Control/Quality Assurance, dengan minimal 2-3 tahun di posisi managerial/supervisory
- Diutamakan yang memiliki sertifikasi Quality Management (misal: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma, IATF 16949 jika di sektor otomotif)
- Minimal S1 Teknik (Industri, Mesin, Kimia, Plastik, atau jurusan relevan lainnya)
