Description- To manage for handling customer as Customers service
- To manage for handling suppliers
- To ensure that all customer document requests can be fulfilled properly
- Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as QA Staff / QA Supervisor in an electronics or automotive manufacturing company
- Fluent in English, preferably with TOEIC/TOEFL certificate will be a benefit.
- TOEFL score minimum 540 or TOEIC Speaking score minimum 140.
- Over 3 years of Analysis Experience for PDCA / DMAIC / 8D / QC 7 Tool
- Understanding the IATF Core Tools
- Accustomed to a goal-oriented work system
- Accustomed to writing reports in English
- Proficient in using Ms. Office
- Experience for handling customers complain
- Has VDA / IATF certificate
- Understanding and experience for Audit
- Bachelor's degree for graduates in electrical / electronics engineering
