QA QC Assistent Manager

This role involves planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure quality parameters are met from raw materials through production to final product delivery to customers. You will lead and oversee QA and QC implementation to ensure raw materials, production processes, and finished products comply with company standards.

Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control implementation to ensure raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet company standards

Ensure implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Halal, and company quality standards are applied consistently

Develop, evaluate, and ensure implementation of SOPs, work instructions, specifications, quality standards, and QA/QC documentation

Oversee inspection, sampling, testing, and product release processes according to established standards

Conduct analysis of non-conformities, complaints, inspection results, and process deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Coordinate Root Cause Analysis and CAPA implementation for quality issues

Manage and monitor internal and external audit implementation, including ensuring follow-up on audit findings

Develop, train, and oversee QA/QC team performance

Coordinate with Production, Growth & Innovation, Purchasing, Warehouse, and related departments to maintain and improve product quality

Minimum S1 degree in Chemistry or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC, with experience as Assistant Manager preferred

Understanding and ability to apply ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Halal, and related quality management systems

Good understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in food production processes

Ability to conduct quality data analysis, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action), and continuous improvement

Experience handling non-conformities, quality issue investigations, and corrective follow-up

Ability to develop, evaluate, control, and ensure implementation of SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and quality management system documentation

Understanding of internal and external audit implementation and preparation, and ability to follow up on audit findings

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills
