Quality control position in spring manufacture involving product inspection, quality maintenance, and compliance with Quality Management Systems.
Key responsibilitiesInspect products to stably maintain the quality that client needs
Handle complaints from client and make reports to Supervisor and Manager
Maintain standards and comply with Quality Management System
Perform other assigned jobs as QC Staff or QC Leader
About you1-3+ years' experience in spring manufacture (Staff Level) or 5+ years' experience in spring manufacture (Leader Level)
Experience using measuring devices (Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Compression Spring tester, Torque tester, Dial gauge / height gauge, Profile projector)
Experience using AutoCAD
Understand Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA)
Understand Document Control cycle
Understand ISO 9001:2015
Excel at least basic to intermediate level; able to create simple QC Report
Able to speak Japanese (advantage)
