PT Natura Sejahtera Indonesia mencari R&D Formulator untuk mengembangkan produk rumah tangga, melakukan trial formula, meningkatkan kualitas, dan memastikan formula siap produksi massal. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman dasar surfaktan, pengujian pH/viskositas, serta dokumentasi yang terstruktur.
Kandidat akan bekerja full time dan on site di Cikarang, Bekasi. Pendidikan minimal S1 terkait dan pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang R&D/Formulasi makin bernilai.
