Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

CV Khasanah Sari is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Retail/F&B sector. The Store Manager will be responsible for running store operations, increasing sales, controlling loss, and building a competent and productive store team.

Achieve store sales targets through measured analysis and strategy

Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and identify causes of underperformance

Analyze transaction volume, average transaction value, product performance and customer purchase patterns

Develop and implement sales improvement action plans

Develop upselling, cross-selling, bundling and store sales activity strategies

Optimize product display and availability

Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products

Lead the team in executing sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness

Control waste, rejected products, expired products and unsold inventory

Monitor and control stock, inventory, raw material usage and storage

Control stock discrepancies and cash discrepancies

Identify risks of loss and fraud, analyze causes and develop corrective and preventive actions

Conduct regular stock takes and inventory monitoring

Lead a store team of approximately 5-10 people

Conduct briefings and performance evaluations

Provide coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training

Identify competency gaps and develop staff development action plans

Assess and evaluate staff performance

Ensure all staff understand SOPs and their responsibilities

Develop internal leaders from the team

Provide recommendations for staff development, promotion, rotation and performance actions

Build communication and cooperation across departments

Manage all store operational activities

Ensure product quality meets company standards

Ensure customer service standards are maintained

Control administration and cash management

Ensure Food Safety, cleanliness and store security standards are applied

Ensure all company SOPs are implemented consistently

Analyze operational problems and determine solutions

Develop and implement store improvement action plans

Monitor and evaluate store KPIs

Prepare operational and performance reports to management

Minimum education:

SMA/SMK or equivalent

Minimum 3 years work experience in Retail or F&B

Must have experience as a Store Manager

Experience in the Bakery industry is an advantage

Experience leading and developing teams

Accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs

Strong sales analysis capability

Understanding of inventory management, stock control and loss prevention

Understanding of cash management and store operational administration

Coaching, training and performance management capability

Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills

Able to conduct Root Cause Analysis and develop Action Plans

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Experienced in reading and analyzing sales and operational reports

Own vehicle and active driving license

Willing to be placed and transferred to all CV Khasanah Sari branches

Willing to work 6 days per week

Willing to work weekends, public holidays and as required by operational needs
